The modern age has created a big crisis in nutrition. Women cannot dedicate the whole day for cooking; and why would they when the bigger world is calling them? So, the market is flooded with instant cooking options and readymade nutrition packages. But how much healthy are these preserved food items like instant noodles, oats or ready-to-cook spices? We do not know!
Instant mixes are okay for once in a while; but if nutrition is neglected for a long period, it gives rise to several health issues. It is no wonder that the modern generation is suffering from several lifestyle diseases, and the neglect in nutrition is a chief cause for that.
What to do then? Should we ladies leave our dreams behind and go back to the kitchen to keep our families and ourselves healthy? No way!
